Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with automated machinery and palletising in a food manufacturing environment.
• mechanically minded with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and maintain a continuous flow of product.
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery.
• Manage production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring.
• Prepare and complete accurate records.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Commit to quality assurance and complete quality checks as required.
