Job summary

PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator on our night shift to maintain a continuous flow of product, operate heavy machinery, and support quality checks. You will work Sunday midnight–6:00am and Monday to Thursday 10:10pm–6:10am in a permanent full-time, on-site role in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience with automated machinery, palletising and robot operation, plus HACCP and GMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with automated machinery, palletising and robot operation in a food manufacturing environment.
• Mechanically minded with high aptitude in automated equipment operation.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
• Flexible and energetic approach to ensure tasks are completed safely and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery equipment and maintain a continuous flow of product.
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery.
• Manage production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring.
• Prepare and complete accurate records.
• Clean and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Commit to quality assurance and complete quality checks as required.
