Job summary

RCPA Holdings is seeking a night shift Mechanical Maintenance Fitter Supervisor in Somersby. This hands-on role focuses on plant reliability, preventative and breakdown maintenance, and supervising a maintenance team to minimise downtime.

You will lead root cause analysis, contribute to capital projects, follow WHS standards, and work within a structured manufacturing environment; overtime is available. The position offers permanent full-time employment and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance strategies
• Experience leading a maintenance team with KPI delivery
• Strong attitude and commitment to quality results
• High level WHS and risk management
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Fitter and Turner qualification or mechanical engineering background
• Intermediate computer skills
• ARC and MIG welding skills (TIG optional)
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
