Job summary

RCPA Holdings on the Gold Coast is seeking a Night Shift Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to support a busy manufacturing site. You will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance, identify root causes of equipment failures, and contribute to capital improvement projects to maximise uptime.

This hands-on role requires a solid understanding of WHS, good communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Preventative maintenance strategies applied in a structured environment.
• Experience in a maintenance team with KPI delivery.
• Commitment to high quality results.
• Strong WHS and risk management knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical engineering/Fitter and Turner qualification.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• ARC and MIG welding skills (TIG optional).
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance.
