Job summary

Coles Group in Banksmeadow, NSW, is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Industrial Electrician for the Night Shift to support the Chef Fresh function. You will report to the Engineering Shift Supervisor and manage maintenance, setup and technical issues for automated equipment.

Requirements include an Electrical licence, a relevant Trade Certificate (5+ years field experience preferred) and FMCG/food manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Electrical licence required for all electrician positions.
• A recognised Trade Certificate, or Certificate III in Engineering-Mechanical Trade, or Certificate III in Engineering-Electrical/Electronic Trade, or Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication Trade is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in field experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated processing or packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support, set up and technical expertise for specific equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems to improve reliability/performance in the area.
