Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Industrial Electrician within our Chef Fresh function. You will provide maintenance support, set up and technical expertise for specific equipment, including troubleshooting and improving reliability in production processes.

The role requires hold Electrical licence, recognised trade certificates, and a minimum of 5 years of field experience in automated packaging or processing equipment, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.

Qualifications

Electrical licence required for all electrician positions.
Recognised trade certificate or Certificate III in related engineering trades is required.
Minimum 5 years field experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated processing or packaging equipment.
Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is preferred.
Current Electrical Licence and qualifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support and set up for equipment within the Chef Fresh function.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to improve reliability and performance.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production processes.
Support nightshift operations and ensure equipment readiness for production.
