Job summary

AWX is currently seeking a Machine Assistant to join our client's manufacturing team in Darra, QLD. The role offers a clean, modern environment with opportunities for long-term career development.

You will work on a 36-hour week with 12-hour night shifts (Wednesday to Friday) at a rate of $40.50 per hour. No prior printing experience is required as training is provided on the job, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist printers and machine operators in daily production.
• Prepare and supply materials for production runs.
• Perform general production tasks and monitor machinery.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and follow procedures.
