Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a highly organised Logistics Administrator to join our Night Shift team at Ormeau. You will coordinate nightly transport, prepare dispatch paperwork and provide administrative support across warehouse and transport operations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on accuracy, compliance and timely information flow, contributing to a safe and efficient night-time logistics operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, dispatch, warehouse, manufacturing or operational administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nightly transport and dispatch activities.
• Prepare truck manifests, freight documentation and dispatch paperwork.
• Provide administrative support for warehouse and transport operation.
• Respond to operational enquiries and communicate updates across departments.
• Prepare operational reports and performance data.
• Support safety, compliance and quality processes.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up required actions.
• Assist with driver onboarding, inductions and training records.
• Maintain accurate records across transport and operational systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a safe, organised and efficient workplace.
