Permanent Full-Time Night Shift Position

We're seeking a highly organised Logistics Administrator to join our Night Shift team at Ormeau.

Working closely with our transport, warehouse and distribution teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring freight movements, dispatch documentation, reporting and operational coordination run smoothly throughout the night.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment, thrives on attention to detail, and wants to be part of a team that keeps our business moving whilst the rest of Queensland sleeps.

Shift Pattern

This permanent full-time Night Shift role operates on the following roster:

Sunday: 11:30pm - 7:36am and Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:06am

Enjoy a consistent roster, long weekends every week, and the opportunity to work with a high-performing operations team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Coordinate nightly transport and dispatch activities
• Prepare truck manifests, freight documentation and dispatch paperwork
• Provide administrative support for warehouse and transport operation
• Respond to operational enquiries and communicate updates across departments
• Prepare operational reports and performance data
• Support safety, compliance and quality processes
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up required actions
• Assist with driver onboarding, inductions and training records
• Maintain accurate records across transport and operational systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a safe, organised and efficient workplace

ABOUT YOU

You're someone who thrives in a busy operational environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things moving and takes pride in getting the details right.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, dispatch, warehouse, manufacturing or operational administration
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• A commitment to safety and compliance
• Experience in transport, freight, warehouse management or ERP systems
• Exposure to manufacturing or distribution environments
• Previous night shift experience
