Job summary

ACCIONA is delivering enabling works for Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) at the Osborne Naval Shipyard in South Australia. This role leads a night shift civil crew on site, reporting to the Night Supervisor and directing a small team on site each night as we undertake drainage, excavation, pavements and concrete works.

You will keep the crew safe, on schedule and working to a high standard, monitor plant and materials, allocate daily tasks and support new workers with guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction (drainage, excavation, pavements, concrete).
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety.
• White Card (construction induction) and a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a crew on site during night shift.
• Allocate daily tasks to crew members.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Monitor plant, equipment and materials on site.
• Report hazards and stop unsafe work.
• Support new workers with on-the-job guidance.
• Keep the Night Supervisor updated on progress.
