Responsibilities

• Reheating and serving pre-prepared meals.
• Minimal, short-order breakfast prep for 7:00 AM handover (e.g., frying bacon, poaching eggs, hash browns, toast).
• Operating basic kitchen equipment including a combi oven, stovetops, fryers, and a manual coffee machine.
• Basic point-of-sale (POS) and cash handling.
• Strictly maintaining food safety standards, including temperature probing and managing the 2hr/4hr rule for bain-marie items.
