The Role

• Operating basic kitchen equipment including a combi oven, stovetops, fryers, and a manual coffee machine.

• Strictly maintaining food safety standards, including temperature probing and managing the 2hr/4hr rule for bain-marie items. This is a core component of the job and will form part of the interview process.
