Labourforce is recruiting for an All-Round Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join a growing warehouse team in Minchinbury, NSW. The role combines forklift operation with order processing and general duties across ambient, chiller and freezer zones.

Sunday to Thursday, 9pm–5am with overtime; pay rate of $47.12 per hour plus penalties. Ideal candidates hold a LF forklift licence with experience on High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, and can work in cold storage while performing manual

Qualifications

• Valid LF Forklift Licence required.
• Experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Able to work in cold storage (chiller/freezer).
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.

This is a key operational role involving a mix of forklift operation, order processing, and general warehouse duties across ambient, chiller, and freezer zones.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in varying temperature-controlled environments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business that values its people and promotes from within.

Position Brief :

• Sunday to Thursday Roster
• 9pm – 5am ( with overtime as required )
• Pay Rate - $47.12 per hour + penalties
• 8 hours with potential for 10
