Job summary

Labourforce operates a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Minchinbury, Sydney, offering an Afternoon shift from 1PM to 9PM with overtime as required. We are seeking highly motivated High Reach and Double Deep Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced team handling ambient, chiller, and freezer zones.

Ideal candidates have a valid LF Forklift Licence and recent experience on High Reach and Double forklifts, capable of working in cold storage, with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Recent experience operating High Reach and Double Deep forklifts.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments (chiller / freezer).
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cross-dock loading and unloading of pallets.
• Put-away and pallet picking.
• Operate High Reach and Double Deep forklifts.
• Work across ambient, chiller, and freezer zones.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Support team operations and workflow.

This position will be for the AFTERNOON shift which will be 1PM – 9PM with overtime as required.

This is a key operational role involving a mix of forklift operation, order processing, and general warehouse duties across ambient, chiller, and freezer zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Recent experience operating High Reach and Double
