Job summary

Labourforce is seeking a Day Shift All-Round Storeman / Forklift Operator for a brand-new Minchinbury warehouse project. The role runs 5 AM – 1 PM with overtime as required, offering stable, full-time hours in a modern facility and ambient, chiller, and freezer zones.

You will operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts, handle put-aways and pallet picking, and maintain safety and cleanliness while supporting a fast-paced team across temperature-controlled environments in NSW.

Qualifications

• Must have valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments (chiller/freezer).
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Cross-dock loading and unloading of trucks.
• Put-aways and pallet picking.
• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.

About the Role:

Our client is a proudly Australian-owned leader in the Transport and Distribution industry, delivering supply chain solutions across the country. Due to business growth, they are expanding their operations and moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Minchinbury at the end of October.

This position will be for the DAY shift which will be 5 AM – 1 PM with overtime as required.
