Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor for night shift at the Warwick site (Morgan Park). This hands-on leadership role oversees production teams including Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators to meet daily targets, uphold safety and quality, and minimise downtime.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will monitor line performance, drive continuous improvement, coach staff, ensure WHS and HACCP compliance, and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
• Current forklift licence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with WHS and HACCP knowledge.
• Willingness to work night shift at Warwick site.

• Monitor production lines, equipment and product quality, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Promote a safe workplace, manage hazards and incidents, and maintain accurate production records

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Warwick site, working night shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting the smooth, safe and efficient operation of our production facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead and support a team of production employees, including Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators, to meet production targets, maintain quality standards and minimise downtime.

About the Role

As Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure production schedules are met, promote safe work practices and support a positive, high-performing team culture. You will also play an important role in monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, supporting quality control and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You & Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees to achieve daily targets, ensuring schedules, procedures and safety protocols are followed
• Monitor production lines, equipment and product quality, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Promote a safe workplace, manage hazards and incidents, and maintain accurate production records
• Coach, train and develop team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, ideally within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing
• Current forklift licence (required)
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with sound knowledge of WHS and food safety requirements (including HACCP)
• Good attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and physically fit for manual handling up to 15kg (not a regular requirement)
