Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the Warwick site, working afternoons. This hands-on leadership role oversees a team of Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators to meet daily targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor processes, and ensure adherence to HACCP and WHS requirements in a busy FMCG environment. This is a permanent role with salary, super and allowances.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
• Current forklift licence.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with knowledge of WHS and food safety (HACCP).
• Good attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and ability to perform manual handling up to 15kg.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees to achieve daily targets; ensure schedules and safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor production lines, equipment and product quality; resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a safe workplace; manage hazards and incidents; maintain accurate production records.

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Warwick site, working afternoon shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting the smooth, safe and efficient operation of our production facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead and support a team of production employees, including Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators, to meet production targets, maintain quality standards and minimise downtime.

About the Role

As Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure production schedules are met, promote safe work practices and support a positive, high-performing team culture. You will also play an important role in monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, supporting quality control and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You & Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees to achieve daily targets, ensuring schedules, procedures and safety protocols are followed
• Monitor production lines, equipment and product quality, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Promote a safe workplace, manage hazards and incidents, and maintain accurate production records
• Coach, train and develop team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, ideally within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing
• Current forklift licence (required)
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with sound knowledge of WHS and food safety requirements (including HACCP)
• Good attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and physically fit for manual handling up to 15kg (not a regular requirement)
