Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre, part of EVT Connect Hospitality, seeks a reliable Night Auditor to support overnight operations, complete the nightly audit, and deliver a consistent guest experience in line with IHG standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Night Auditor or Front Office role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with Opera or similar PMS systems preferred.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Post daily hotel revenue and identify discrepancies.
• Produce night audit and revenue reports.
• Balance guest accounts and cashier accounts.
• Maintain cash handling and security procedures.
• Promote teamwork and complete shift handovers.
• Deliver front office services overnight per standards.
• Assist with reservations and F&B service in the Great Room.
• Ensure guest safety and security.
