Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a motivated Night Auditor for our rainforest resort. Reporting to Night Managers and Front Office Manager, you will support guest services and handle hotel operations during night hours, in a small, collaborative team.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Night Auditor for our stunning rainforest resort, Crystalbrook Byron. Reporting to our Night Managers and subsequently, Front Office Manager you understand how important our guest services are and be confident to acknowledge challenges that can occur in a hotel environment at night. You will work effectively in a small team and be the type of person who thrives in a varied position and is self-accountable.

Skills and experience

• A love of crunching numbers and an eye for detail.
• Previous Hotel Front Office experience is desirable but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• The ability to work with Opera and a general understanding of hotel operations.
• A personality to rival any sunrise you will see!
• You can balance the requirements of night shifts and are seeking regular shifts across a 7 day Roster.
