Job summary

SBS is seeking a casual Operations Administrator based at our Artarmon offices in Sydney to support the day-to-day Newsroom operations. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the News teams, helping keep the newsroom running smoothly in a fast-paced environment and ensuring timely delivery of content.

Qualifications

• Strong production administration experience in broadcast or news ops.
• Familiarity with rostering platforms and rostering principles.
• Experience in contract management.
• Proven ability to liaise with many internal/external stakeholders under deadline pressure.
• Clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to News teams.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, travel arrangements and communications.
• Manage contracts, invoices, expenses and other admin activities.
