Job summary

Seven West Media in Sydney seeks an experienced Editor to join our News team. You will liaise with Producers and Reporters to deliver polished, broadcast-ready content under tight deadlines.

You will edit high-quality news content with speed and accuracy, contribute to a collaborative newsroom, and handle a rotating shift roster, including weekends. Experience with Quantel and other editing tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing news, current affairs or fast-turnaround content.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software; Quantel desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Producers and Reporters.
