Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a New Store Program & Onboarding Manager to join the Store Development team. You will lead end-to-end delivery of new store formats and strategic retail programs across the portfolio, coordinating onboarding, merchandising, budgets and timelines.

You will collaborate with franchise partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery, driving operational readiness across both physical and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail program management, store development, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and large-scale program delivery.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformational retail programs and new format delivery.
• Advanced leadership skills with experience managing direct and indirect reports.
• Willingness to travel intra and interstate as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (essential)

What you’ll do:

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a New Store Program & Onboarding Manager to join our Store Development team. Reporting to the Head of Store Development, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of new store formats and strategic retail programs across the Wesfarmers Health portfolio.

You will play a critical role in bringing innovative retail concepts to life, driving successful store onboarding, and ensuring seamless operational readiness across physical and digital channels. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers, franchise partners and store teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of new store programs including Priceline Pharmacy and InstantScripts Pharmacy and atomica
• Managing onboarding and merchandising programs, budgets, timelines and operational plans for new store openings
• Building strong relationships with franchise partners, commercial partners and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Leading cross-functional teams and governance forums, proactively managing scope, risks and delivery outcomes
• Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies and continuous improvement initiatives across store programs
• Enabling stores to fulfil eCommerce orders across all channels, with the right operating processes in place

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail program management, store development, or similar roles
• Proven experience in project management methodologies, large-scale program delivery and retail development
• Demonstrated success in leading transformational retail programs and new format delivery
• Advanced leadership skills with experience managing direct and indirect reports
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and change management
• Financial acumen, including budget management and benefit realisation
• Ability to travel intra and interstate as required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (essential)
