Job summary

Grill’d Healthy Burgers is seeking experienced Managers to lead new restaurant openings in South Australia. You’ll oversee full restaurant operations, rostering, budgets, and community initiatives while earning uncapped bonuses tied to sales and a competitive salary.

We offer an 8-week onboarding with leadership workshops, structured training, and growth pathways to advance to roles such as Venue Manager or Area Manager. Join a culture built on energy, laughs, and rewards.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
• Must pass a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead 40-60 crew members, driving engagement, performance and results.
• Own restaurant operations from rostering to compliance.
• Grow your crew through check-ins, development plans and mentoring.
• Keep budgets, P&L and KPIs on track.
• Champion the community through Local Matters and other initiatives.
• Lead and inspire the team alongside the Restaurant Manager.
• Be hands-on from grill to floor to ensure smooth shifts and happy customers.
• Focus on quality by maintaining high standards and delivering epic dining experiences.
• Drive performance and celebrate wins with your team.
• Coach and develop team members to level up across all stations.
• Stay on point with safety, quality and operations.
