As part of the New Patient Enquiry Team, you'll play a vital role as the first point of contact for prospective patients, providing support, information, and guidance as they take their first steps with us.

About the Role

As a New Patient Care Consultant, you will manage enquiries from prospective patients across IVFAustralia and The Fertility Centre NSW, helping them access the care they need and coordinating their initial consultations with our fertility specialists.

Success in this role comes from combining empathy and excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to converting enquiries into appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound phone and online enquiries from prospective patients

About You
