Noẽma, the new Mediterranean concept from Lucas Collective, is recruiting Experienced Cocktail Bartenders for its Melbourne opening team. Join a premium, high-energy bar environment, delivering exceptional cocktails and guest experiences from day one in our CBD venue.

You will blend beverage expertise with a passion for hospitality, adapt to a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, and contribute to a dynamic team culture that defines the guest experience at Noẽma.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue.
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
• Professional presentation and strong communication.
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts.
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails to guests in a high-end bar setting.
• Provide exceptional guest service and beverage knowledge.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness and setup for service.
• Support opening and closing duties as part of the team.

About the Opportunity:

Full-time & casual positions are available for Experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
