Noẽma, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, opens this spring in Melbourne’s CBD. Full-time and casual Cocktail Bartenders will join the opening team, bringing high-end bar experience and a passion for hospitality.

You will work in a premium dining environment, serving signature cocktails, mastering beverage production, and adapting to a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays. RSA certification is required.

About the Opportunity

Full-time & casual positions are available for Experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Professional presentation and strong communication
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
