Job summary

Noẽma, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, opens in Melbourne's CBD. We are seeking Experienced Cocktail Bartenders for full-time and casual roles to join our opening team.

You will work in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment, crafting drinks and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should have premium-venue cocktail experience, knowledge of cocktails and beverage production, excellent guest service, and a flexible, rolling roster including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue.
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
• Professional presentation and strong communication.
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts.
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate.

About the Opportunity

Full-time & casual positions are available for Experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.
