Job summary

Little Wonders Therapy Pty Ltd in Mortdale, NSW is excited to welcome new graduates into our New Graduate Speech Pathology Program. This permanent full-time role (part-time considered) supports you with a comprehensive induction, weekly supervision, a gradual client ramp-up, and bespoke professional development.

You will assess and treat children aged 0–18, collaborate with families and education teams, and contribute to clinic resources and blogs.

Qualifications

New graduates are welcome and supported through the program.

Ability to work independently with supervision.
Excellent communication and collaboration with families and education teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and provide therapy for speech, language, literacy, fluency, social communication and feeding for ages 0–18.
Collaborate with families, educators and other allied health professionals.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
Contribute to non-clinical tasks such as writing blog posts and social media content, planning catchups, and creating clinical resources.
Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

Little Wonders Therapy is growing and we're looking for enthusiastic, passionate Speech Pathologists to join our supportive and dynamic team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, family-led, evidence-based therapy to children between the ages of 0 and 18, we are proud to deliver speech pathology sessions to clients in the St George and Sutherland Shire area in our clinic in Mortdale, NSW.

The Little Wonders New Graduate Program

This is a permanent full-time (part-time will be considered) position as a speech pathologist in our clinic. This program has been designed to support you every step of the way as you embark on your journey as a Speech Pathologist at Little Wonders Therapy. Our program includes:

A Comprehensive Induction Program: We invest our time and resources into our therapists, and we understand that learning new processes takes time. At Little Wonders Therapy, you'll have access to a comprehensive induction program that includes in-person training, and a slow ramp up of clients to ensure you achieve success.

Structured Supervision and Mentoring: At Little Wonders Therapy, we believe that supervision is beneficial, regardless of your experience. Each therapist will receive structured weekly 1:1 supervision with a dedicated supervisor.

Low Billables and a Slow Client Ramp Up: We know that starting your career takes time! That's why we are committed to providing low billable targets and a gradual ramp up of clients to build you confidence and skills.

Bespoke Personal and Professional Development: At Little Wonders Therapy, we know that everyone's journey is different, so we offer bespoke and personal professional development tailored to your goals and strengths.
