ORS Group is seeking a passionate graduate Speech Pathologist to join our national team delivering assessments, therapy and support to participants aged 0-65 across early intervention to adult services.

You'll work in diverse settings including family homes, schools, community centres and telehealth, with supervision from experienced clinicians as part of our national new graduate program. Bring your drive to empower people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility to practice.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia registration.
• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Driver's license and access to a car.
• Police clearance and NDIS Worker Screening checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
