ORS Group is seeking a new graduate Speech Pathologist to deliver tailored therapy across age groups 0-65, in diverse settings including homes, schools and telehealth. You will be supported by a national team and receive supervision from experienced clinicians.

You will join a structured graduate program with opportunities for professional development, flexible work arrangements, and a focus on work-life balance, culture, and inclusion.

Formación

• A relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A drivers licence and access to a car.
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/ Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
