Job summary

Otis is seeking a BEX Adjuster based in Mascot, NSW to install and modernise lifts and travelators, ensuring compliance with AS1735/AS3000 and safety standards. You will work with field teams, attend inspections, and coordinate defect resolution with project managers.

Travel may be required and independent work is expected. The role requires electrical registration in Australia, a valid driver's license, and related qualifications, with opportunities to advance in a global elevator company

Qualifications

• Prior experience in installation & adjustment of lifts/escalators/travelators.
• Current electrical registration in Australia and a driver’s license.
• Other relevant qualifications or training such as working from heights, rigging, etc., would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install New Equipment and Modernise lifts, escalators, and travellators to high safety/ environmental standards.
• Attend customer handover inspections and service inspections on installation and modernization projects.
• Identify defects and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely completion; look for process improvements.
