• Australian permanent residency is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails daily.
• Scheduling patient appointments and operations.
• Greeting patients in a friendly manner.
• Managing referrals and patient records.
• Patient invoicing including Medicare, Veterans' Affairs, Workers' Comp and Third Party.
• Supporting our team in delivering high quality care.
