Job summary

Next Step Health in Brisbane is seeking a physiotherapist to join our home- visiting team, welcoming both experienced clinicians and new graduates. We offer 50–60 minute appointments to build rapport and deliver meaningful neurological and geriatric rehabilitation, with opportunities in prehabilitation.

You will work largely independently with clients funded by NDIS, Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Program, while receiving mentorship from senior physiotherapists.

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist in Australia with current practice registration.
• Experience or interest in neurological and geriatric rehabilitation and prehabilitation.
• New graduates are welcome to apply and supported to develop confidence and skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-visit physiotherapy with 50–60 minute sessions to build rapport.
• Work with clients funded by NDIS, Home Care Packages, and CHSP.
• Liaise with carers, case managers and GPs; write progress reports.
• Lead or assist in group classes and hydrotherapy where appropriate.
• Maintain clinical documentation and contribute to program innovations.
