Zusammenfassung

Avina is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Brisbane North and Moreton Bay service. You’ll work primarily in participants’ homes and community settings, with telehealth where appropriate, helping people improve mobility and independence across the lifespan.

You’ll have a caseload shaped by your experience and local service needs, with access to clinical supervision and a multidisciplinary network to support your professional development while offering flexible, localised caseloads and career

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in community settings.

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Physiotherapy in home and community settings.
• Complete mobility and functional assessments and plan ongoing therapy.
• Support participants with mobility, strength, balance, and pain management.
• Develop therapy plans aligned with individual goals and preferences.
• Work across home, community and telehealth where appropriate.
• Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage caseloads with flexibility and autonomy.
• Engage in supervision, peer learning and ongoing professional development.
