Job summary

Fuller Life Therapy Services in Plympton Park SA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our neuro-affirming, client-led practice. You will manage a varied lifespan caseload and support families across paediatric to adult clients with evidence-informed care.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and early-career OTs, offer flexible working conditions, mentoring, and a generous PD budget to align with your interests and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
• Neuro-affirming, strengths-based and client-led practice commitment.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Sound organisational skills and ability to manage a full caseload.
• Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering individual and small group therapy and coaching caregivers.
• Conduct assessments and functional capacity assessments.
• Provide assistive technology and home modification supports.
• Develop, review and monitor goals-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with the wider team and liaise with families and external providers.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation (notes, reports, letters and NDIS documentation).
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development.
