Job summary

Peoplebank in Brisbane is seeking a Network Solution Architect to lead network modernisation, connectivity and telecommunications transformation initiatives. This hands-on role spans strategy, design governance and delivery support across critical infrastructure.

Based in Brisbane CBD with hybrid options, the contract is 12 months with possible extensions. You will design future-state architectures, govern complex solutions, and collaborate with engineering and security teams to drive delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience with solution architecture (network-focused) in large/complex organisations.
• Strong enterprise networking background: routing/switching, WAN/LAN/SD-WAN, campus networks, internet edge.
• Cloud networking (hybrid environments), ideally Azure networking.
• Network security architecture: firewalls, proxies/web gateways, NAC, DNS security, Zero Trust/segmentation.
• Protocols/tech: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN/EVPN, DNS/DHCP, load balancing, HA/DR.
• Experience with Zscaler (highly regarded).

Responsibilities
