Job summary

WIN Network is seeking a Payroll Officer on a part-time basis to join our payroll team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain employee records, interpret time and attendance data, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and superannuation requirements.

This role supports managers and stakeholders to resolve payroll queries. The 3-day-per-week position is based at our Wollongong office and offers valuable experience in a dynamic media

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll in a high-volume environment highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Positive attitude and team-first approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full working rights as this is a permanent role.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer on a part-time basis to join our payroll team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, in this role, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processing in a high-volume environment, maintain employee records, interpret time and attendance data, process leave and termination payments, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation, Awards, taxation, and superannuation requirements. You'll also partner closely with managers, internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries. This is a Part-time position, working 3 days a week, based at our Wollongongoffice.

About you

To be the successful candidate, you will have:

• 3+ years payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll within a high-volume environment highly regarded
• Technology One experience highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Positive attitude and team-first approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full working rights as this is a permanent role
