Job summary

Endeavour Energy in Sydney seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects that support network growth, decarbonisation and grid modernisation. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and risk across the full lifecycle, with a focus on contractor performance and external delivery partners to ensure safe, on-time delivery and value-for-money outcomes.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure regulatory and governance compliance, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• More than 5 years' experience leading capital/infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with contractor/delivery partner oversight.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects across full lifecycle.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets and delivery plans.
• Oversee contractor performance and governance for value outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and resource optimisation.
