Job summary

Vocus, a leading Australian network solutions provider, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the staging, configuration and dispatch of network hardware for customer installations in Baulkham Hills, NSW. You will be the point of contact for incoming deliveries and stock accuracy, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely configurations and accessories are included.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and provisioning network devices (routers, switches).
• Experience using ticket systems such as Jira.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot devices via console commands.
• Experience with licensing platforms (Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco).
• Strong attention to detail and IT fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Stage hardware and prepare for dispatch.
• Configure and test multiple device types.
• Update inventory and operational systems.
• Receive and dispatch stock daily.
• Manage stock levels and licensing inventory.
• Troubleshoot hardware and configuration issues.
