Job summary

Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) in Sydney seeks a Business Analyst Lead for Network Experience to bridge business priorities with technology capabilities. You will lead use-case identification, translate requirements, and act as the technology business partner to senior stakeholders.

You will drive cross-functional forums, shape the Network Experience roadmap, and champion adoption and value realisation from prioritized use cases.

Qualifications

Proven experience bridging business priorities with technology capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience coordinating across product, network, and customer-care functions.

Responsibilities

Engage with Customer Care, Product and Network stakeholders to understand priorities and pain points.
Lead use-case identification and prioritization based on business value and feasibility.
Translate business requirements into clear technology capabilities and solution requirements.
Act as the technology business partner to senior business stakeholders.
Facilitate and drive cross-functional business, product, network and technology forums.
Identify opportunities across Residential and Mobile Network Experience.
Shape the Network Experience roadmap aligned to business priorities.
Drive adoption and value realisation from prioritised use cases.
Influence stakeholders and bring clarity to priorities, decisions, dependencies and outcomes.
Bring exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
