Job summary

Scape invites a Network Engineering Manager to lead the network function across Scape and Aveo, driving architecture, reliability and security for resident connectivity and building systems. You will balance hands-on delivery with team leadership as the portfolio transitions to open, disaggregated networking.

You’ll shape the technology roadmap, manage multi-site networks and partner with vendors, while traveling interstate as required and contributing to continuous improvement across properties

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with switching and wireless infrastructure for large multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to manage network vendors, SLAs and multi-site budgets.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team while balancing ops and improvement.
• Willingness to join on-call roster and travel interstate as required.

Responsibilities

• Owning architecture, design, performance and security of Scape and Aveo networks.
• Overseeing corporate LAN, building systems and resident connectivity nationwide.
• Maintaining and upgrading Meraki/OpenWiFi environments and open disaggregated networking.
• Monitoring performance, resolving RF, switching, firewall and WAN issues, on-call duties.
• Vendor, ISP and carrier relationship management including escalations and SLAs.
