Job summary

The position offers a hybrid work model, initial six‑month term with potential extension, and broad exposure across Cisco networking, UC, and cloud telephony projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements, upgrades, and modernisation projects.
• Ensure performance, availability, and security across network and communications systems.

About the Role

This contract role sits within the network and telecommunications function, with a strong focus on Cisco Unified Communications and Webex alongside broader networking, routing, and switching responsibilities. You'll work closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to support and uplift enterprise communications and network infrastructure.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure, including routing, switching, and QoS
