Job summary

Telstra Corporation is seeking a Change Coordinator to join our Network Operations team in Australia. You will govern and drive network-related changes across complex customer environments, ensuring accurate RFCs, compliant processes, and minimal service risk.

You will collaborate with engineers, service delivery and project teams, manage schedules, and push for continuous governance improvement while delivering reliable change outcomes.

Qualifications

• NV1 Security Clearance is essential.
• Experience in network operations, IT operations, service management or technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of network changes.
• Review RFCs for completeness, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare change records, implementation plans, risk assessments, rollback procedures.
• Manage change schedules and approval milestones.
• Facilitate engagement across engineering, operations, architecture, and service delivery.
• Monitor progress and address risks or delays.
• Complete post-deployment activities and CMDB updates.
• Analyse change performance and identify improvement opportunities.
