Job summary

Anderson Frank is seeking an experienced NetSuite Applications Specialist to join its Enterprise Applications team in Australia. This hands-on role supports a broad applications environment including NetSuite, Celigo, WMS, and TMS, providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting complex integrations with internal teams and technology vendors.

You will contribute to continuous improvement of business-critical systems, help manage vendor relationships, and support customer-facing platforms and online

Qualifications

• 5+ years' application support and systems experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration, support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS integration middleware.
• Strong understanding of WMS, TMS or ERP-integrated distribution systems.
• Experience supporting integrations and customer-facing applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise NetSuite, WMS and TMS platforms.
• Troubleshoot Celigo integrations and complex L2/L3 issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve application problems.
• Support dealer portals, online ordering and customer-facing applications.
• Coordinate technical issues and changes with application vendors.
• Support testing, releases, reconciliation and change validation.
• Maintain application configuration, access and system documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the applications portfolio.
