Job summary

Nuage Technology Group is seeking an experienced Azure Solution Developer/Integration Engineer to join its Cloud & Engineering team in Sydney. The role focuses on building cloud-native, API-based integration solutions and supporting clients through cloud transformation.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, design specifications, implement using C#/.NET and Azure services, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Web APIs using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns.
• Experience with automated unit testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Desirable: Azure services such as API Management, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Container Apps and AKS.
• Desirable: Infrastructure as code (Azure Bicep and/or Terraform) and scripting with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Desirable: OpenAPI specifications and GenAI-assisted productivity tools.

The organisation is seeking an experienced Azure Solution Developer/Integration Engineer to join its Cloud & Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand solution requirements and document corresponding design specifications
• Stay current with emerging technical trends and apply innovative approaches to problem-solving
• Develop cloud-native, API-based and modern integration solutions in line with best practice, meeting functional and non-functional requirements
• Conduct integration testing and provide support in troubleshooting technical issues
• Perform code and specification reviews, and support knowledge-sharing across the team
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Contribute to the broader practice through knowledge-sharing activities and development of internal assets and accelerators

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years' experience developing Web APIs using C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Solid understanding of integration patterns
• Experience with automated unit testing
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar source control and CI/CD platforms
• Highly desirable: experience delivering solutions on Azure, including services such as API Management, App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Container Apps and AKS
• Highly desirable: experience with infrastructure as code (Azure Bicep and/or Terraform) and scripting with PowerShell and Azure CLI
• Desirable: experience with OpenAPI specifications
• Desirable: familiarity with GenAI-assisted productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Desirable: Azure and other relevant professional certifications
