Job summary

Monash Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager to lead the Special Care Nursery team at Dandenong Hospital in a fixed term part-time role until March 2027. You will support safe, evidence-based neonatal care and mentor senior staff while partnering with families to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

You will work with a driven multidisciplinary team and senior leaders to advance nursing practice, share clinical expertise, and sustain professional development within the Monash Newborn

Qualifications

• Dedicated to safe best practice and quality family centred care.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to lead senior staff.
• Committed to ongoing professional development in Neonatal Care.
• Current AHPRA registration to practice independently as a nurse.
• Ability to manage portfolios and assist in program improvement.
