Our focus is on empowering the people we support and building stronger, more inclusive communities. Everything we do is person-centred, so each client receives support that makes a real difference in their life.

The Role

Our Neighbourhood Team Leaders are the link between our clients and the communities they live in. This [full-time/part-time] role is based in [location] and suits an experienced Coordinator or Team Leader who is ready to take the next step.

You'll start with an established group of clients and Individualised Living Options (ILOs), and you'll also play a key part in growing our client base in the local community.

What you'll do

  • Client plans: You'll own each client's plan, using strengths-based, person-centred planning to keep their supports aligned with their goals.
  • Your team: You'll recruit, coach and develop your team of local Support Workers, and inspire them to deliver great support.
  • Crisis and continuity: You'll resolve crises calmly when they arise. You'll also build continuity plans so clients are never left without support.
  • Operations: You'll own rostering, timesheets and client records in our CRM.
  • Compliance: You'll keep team documentation accurate, up to date and compliant.
  • Local client growth: You'll build relationships with local providers and community partners to grow your core client base.
  • Results: You'll lead your team to meet its productivity goals.

About you

  • You have experience in disability support or the NDIS, and you care about making a difference.
  • You've led a team before, and you enjoy coaching people and helping them grow.
  • You stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet when plans change.
  • You're organised and comfortable with technology, including rostering systems, CRMs and Microsoft Office.
  • You communicate well and build strong relationships with clients, families, stakeholders and the wider community.
  • You're committed to person-centred practice and to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Why My Supports

  • Flexibility: This is a community-based role with the option to work from home.
  • Local and national: You'll have the backing of a national organisation, with your work rooted in your own community.
  • Values-driven culture: You'll join a supportive team that celebrates diversity and gives people room to grow.

What you'll need

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation Certificate
  • Current Driver's License
  • Working With Children Check
  • A myID and PRODA account that enables access to the PACE system and NDIS commission portal.

We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported to thrive. Reasonable adjustments can be made throughout the recruitment process to ensure full participation.
