The CBRE Industrial & Logistics team helps clients navigate a dynamic and increasingly demanding supply chain environment through the largest Industrial & Logistics services platform in the Pacific.

The Role

We’ll set you up for success and give you the tools you need providing you with key contacts, in addition to on-the-job training from some of the best in the industry.

• Identify and canvas (cold call) new business targets – property owners, developers and occupiers.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to source new clients and run sales & leasing campaigns.
• Facilitating negotiations between property owners and buyers/tenants to conclude property transactions.
• Gathering and storing market data and information to be used to generate new business opportunities.
