Job summary

St Louis Care in Clarence Gardens is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Worker to help people live well and work within a supportive team. You will assist with personal care, meals, activities, and daily tasks while collaborating with Dementia Care Specialists.

The role requires night shifts, a person-centred approach, and experience with dementia or disability support. National police clearance and vaccination are part of the essentials.

Qualifications

• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years).
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current Influenza vaccination.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care including personal care, meals, activities and domestic tasks.
• Support clients with social outings and community participation.
• Collaborate with Dementia Care Specialists to support daily living.
