Job summary
Wellways Australia Limited in Victoria is seeking compassionate casual Support Workers to assist individuals under NDIS plans with daily living, transport and social participation. You will travel across East Gippsland, requiring a valid driver’s licence and a willingness to travel, joining a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable)
- Right to Work within Australia
- Current valid drive licence and willingness to undertake travel for work
- Current Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Physically capable to deliver personal care to participants
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living, transport, community and social participation under NDIS plans
- Drive to locations across East Gippsland to deliver support services
- Deliver personal care and help participants access education, work or health services
